- implement React-based webpage with full layout, interactivity, and responsiveness
- integrate Tailwind CSS for styling and Swiper.js for carousel sections
- add key components: CommunitySection, TestimonialSlider, Navbar, Footer
- include project config: tailwind.config.js, postcss.config.js, Swiper imports
- update README.md with installation, usage, tech overview, and roadmap
